Bookings & Cancellations Disclosure

 

How to Book:

 

  • Individual event notices and booking forms will be distributed by the organiser. Fill in the details and fax or post back to the organisor.
  • In some case you will be able to book online at www.surrey-chambers.co.uk . Log into the site and fill in the online booking form.

 

Payments & Cancellations:

 

  • Bookings will not be confirmed unless full payment has been received at least two working days prior to the event.
  • For Cancellations received ten working days before the event a credit note will be issued.
  • For Cancellations with Less than 10 working day notice, the fees are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations, transfers, company and delegate name changes must be in writing.
  • A VAT invoice will be issued after the event
